Heretto Enters a New Era with Innovative AI Functionalities and a Modern Rebrand

Heretto is excited to announce the beta release of new branding, a redesigned website, and much awaited generative artificial intelligence (AI) features. With this historic occasion, two potent artificial intelligence features are unveiled: HelpAI to aid content consumers and Etto, the Heretto Copilot to aid technical authors. In 2024, Etto and HelpAI will be made available to all Heretto clients after first being made available to beta testers.

With these new features, enterprise clients can save up countless hours by delegating routine activities to AI or hiring an internal DITA specialist to improve the accessibility of structured content.
